REAL Conference

This video was shot in preparation of REAL Conference 2011, but it gives the full story about what the Founder Leesha Archie experienced to motivate her to start hosting these conferences. Sometimes, we don't know why we experience certain situations...but in the end, we find out all of the upheaval, disappointment, and struggle was necessary to make us stronger, wiser, and better. More than just empowerment, self-improvement and accountability can be found by attending the REAL Conference.
